• A credit card is required for all reservations. We accept all major credit cards.
• 2 weeks prior to arrival, personal checks are accepted.
• Balance is due upon arrival.
• A 3 day notice is required for deposit refunds or cancellations.
• Check in at 2:00 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m.
• All rooms are subject to New Hampshire state taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Each extra adult is $20 per night. • No pets allowed.
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
• Ask about special groups and weekly rates.
REGUALTIONS:
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. There are absolutely no cancellations on the day of arrival. Reservations made for the Seafood Festival require one month notice prior to arrival date for cancellation. Reservations for the Fourth of July require a one week notice for cancellations. No refunds will be given in the event that a guest is unable to occupy the room for the length of the stay. Failure to cancel within the given time frame will result in the charge of one nights stay at the rate given at the time of booking. All cancellations will receive a confirmation number. If you are unable to reproduce the confirmation number, no refund will be given.
ACCOMMODATIONS
In the event any property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of The Moulton Hotel after a deposit is received, The Moulton Hotel will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property or will refund any deposit in full.
WE PROVIDE A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR GUESTS
There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside the hotel and guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on balconies of the hotel, however failure to keep balcony doors closed while smoking or smoking in any room will result in a cleaning fee no less than $100.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Moulton Hotel shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying any rental properties represented by the Moulton Hotel. The Moulton hotel will also not be responsible for any theft and/or damage to any vehicles parked while staying at the Moulton Hotel.
RESTRICTIONS
The number of guests stipulated on the accommodations voucher is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property. If more people arrive than stated on the voucher, they may be denied occupancy or an extra person charge may apply. Tenants occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves, or their guests, to the property, or it's contents during their stay. Costs, for damage, will be limited to repairs or replacement value of item(s) damaged. A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in any room in the hotel. No pets will be allowed in the rental property without written permission prior to arrival. Unlawful activities, boisterous or roudy behavior will not be tolerated. Police will be notified if neccessary.
