See them every Wednesday night, Holidays and on special events, The Wednesday night tradition has thrilled hundreds of thousands over the years and has a makeup rain date on Thursdays!

Hampton Beach offers so many choices for the active minded!

Hampton Beach is a Mecca for outdoor activities, after spending hours getting that perfect tan, take advantage of the wide array of activities sure to stimulate your health and mind! Of course the beach itself is a great source of exercise with two miles to walk and jog. Craving excitement? You might try the water slide located in the center of the beach area. For the more serious sports minded, there are public golf courses and tennis courts nearby. The closest tennis courts are near downtown Hampton at the local High school or at Tuck Field. Public Golf courses can be found just a short drive from the beach.

Hampton Beach is known far and wide among deep-sea fisherman as a superior harbor from which to test their skills. Various size party boats depart throughout each day from both sides of Hampton and Seabrook harbors. You can choose from a half day or full day excursion. There are even two hour night fishing trips. Fishing tackle and bait are available on board, so there is no need to pack that favorite rod or reel. In addition Whale-watching cruises depart daily, complete with food and beverage facilities. The fishing season begins in March and usually runs until the first of November.

Another popular activity on the seacoast is Kayaking. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the country, and rentals are available. Although surfing is not allowed on the main beach, the north beach is where you will find avid surfers.

No trip to Hampton Beach would be complete without a relaxing game of Mini Golf. Outdoor courses are available on the beach and on route 1 In Hampton and of course there is Indoor Mini Golf in the Casino complex!

Concerts on the Seashell Stage are FREE!

This year the Hampton Beach Seashell Stage will feature a wide variety of music 7 days a week all Summer long. Best of all it's FREE! The season begins Memorial Day Weekend with live bands and a spectacular Fireworks display. The more than 80show schedule begins nightly on June 25 and runs continuously through Labor Day Weekend. Nightly shows at 7:00 and 8:30pm.

Entertainment for Everyone!

Hampton Beach regulars know the diversity of entertainment offered on any given night on The Seashell Stage. Folk, Blues, Rock 'n Roll, Big Band, Variety Shows, Tribute bands, Reggae and even a Polka band, whatever your music style, you'll find it throughout the Summer performing on the Seashell Stage.

Don't mlss one of Hampton Beach's favorites, Jack Knox and the Continentals. This acclaimed variety show band IS hosted by Lowell, Massachusetts native, Jack Knox. Having performed on the beach for over 25 years, The Continentals have become an institution, and are loved by all. They perform weekly, also on Holidays and special events like the Children's Festival. See them on Wednesday nights as they segue into the spectacular fireworks display at 9:30pm. Summer concerts on the Seashell Stage.
